Community Guidelines

1. Respect the Law and These Guidelines

You may not use Linka for any illegal purpose or any activity that violates these terms.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

The following actions are strictly forbidden on Linka:

• Spamming or Scamming: Sending unsolicited messages, soliciting money, or attempting to deceive or defraud users in any form.

  
  

• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including using photos of another person without their consent.

  
  

• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, intimidating, threatening, or defaming others is not tolerated.

  
  

• Content Violations:

  • Posting content that infringes upon anyone's legal rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contract rights.

  • Sharing content that includes hate speech, threats, pornography, sexually explicit material, or incites violence.

  • Promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.

  • Posting content with nudity or gratuitous graphic violence.

• Privacy Violations: Requesting or sharing passwords or personal identifying information for unlawful or commercial purposes, or distributing another person’s private information without their consent.

• Account Misuse:

  • Using another user’s account or granting someone else access to your own.

  • Creating a new account after your original account has been terminated, unless explicitly authorized by Linka.

3. Off-Platform Conduct

Linka reserves the right to review and take action against conduct that occurs outside the platform if it involves users met through Linka and violates the spirit of these Guidelines.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• Warning or Content Removal

• Temporary or Permanent Account Suspension

• Termination Without Refund for any paid Services if the behavior is deemed inappropriate or unlawful by Linka

We reserve the right to investigate and take action at our sole discretion in order to protect the safety and integrity of the Linka community.

5. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it through our in-app tools or contact us at Linka_support@fasyai.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond in accordance with our enforcement policies.
