Payments & Refunds
In-App Purchases
From time to time, Linka may offer products and services for purchase ("in-app purchases") through iTunes, Google Play, or other application platforms authorized by Linka (each, a "Software Store").
If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with your Software Store ("your IAP Account"). Your IAP Account will be charged for the in-app purchase in accordance with:
The terms disclosed at the time of purchase; and
The general terms for in-app purchases that apply to your IAP Account.
Some Software Stores may charge you sales tax depending on where you live.
If you purchase an auto-recurring subscription through an in-app purchase:
Your IAP Account will be billed continuously until you cancel.
After your initial commitment period, the subscription will automatically renew for additional equivalent periods, at the price you agreed to.
To cancel, you must log in to your IAP Account and follow its cancellation process. Deleting your Linka account or the app does not cancel your subscription.
Linka Purchases
If you choose to make a purchase directly through Linka:
You agree to pay all charges at the prices displayed for the selected service, plus any applicable taxes.
You authorize Linka to charge your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method").
Linka may correct billing errors or mistakes even after requesting or receiving payment.
If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, Linka may terminate your account immediately.
Subscriptions purchased through Linka:
Continue indefinitely until you cancel.
Automatically renew for equivalent periods at the agreed price.
To manage or cancel, go to the Service settings and follow the instructions.
If canceled, you may use your subscription until the end of the current period, but it will not renew.
Payment Method:
You may edit your Payment Method in the Service settings.
If a payment fails, you remain responsible for uncollected amounts.
You authorize us to obtain updated card details from your card issuer.
Payment terms may be subject to your agreement with your financial institution or card issuer.
Virtual Items
You may purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use "Virtual Items" with real money.
Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred.
Virtual Items do not represent real-world balances or stored value.
Virtual Items do not incur inactivity fees, but the license terminates if:
Linka ceases providing the Service, or
Your account is closed or terminated.
Linka may manage, modify, regulate, or eliminate Virtual Items at its discretion, without liability.
Virtual Items cannot be sold, redeemed, or transferred outside the Service.
All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.
Provision of Virtual Items starts immediately upon purchase.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused Virtual Items when an account is closed, voluntarily or involuntarily.
Refunds
Generally, all charges are nonrefundable.
No refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
Exceptions:
A refund for a subscription may be requested within 14 days of the transaction, or
If required by local law.
EU/EEA subscribers: entitled to a full refund within 14 days after the subscription begins.
Virtual Items:
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
How to request a refund:
Apple ID purchases: handled by Apple.
Go to iTunes → Apple ID → Purchase History → Report Problem.
Or submit a request via Apple Support.
Google Play or Linka purchases: contact us at Linka_support@fasyai.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email or Google Wallet).
